DELIVERY & RETURNS
DELIVERY TIME
- SPAIN Standard: 2-3 working days (within the peninsula)
- SPAIN Express: 1-2 working days
- EUROPE Standard: 2-3 working days
- EUROPE Express: 1-2 working days
- WORLDWIDE Standard: 5-12 working days
- WORLDWIDE Express: 3-4 working days
In case there is any delays on the delivery of your order we will contact you. Holy She is not responsible for delays in delivery due to courier.
SHIPPING COST
The shipping cost are not included in the prices of the products. It is calculated once you indicate the destination:
FREE DELIVERY to SPAIN (Canarias & Islas Baleares not included)
Within Europe: € 7 Standard and € 25 Priority
Other countries: € 11 Standard and € 33 Priority
Standard shipping is free of charge for orders more than 120€
- Price does not include duty and tax fees for international orders, which are responsibility of the customer in its country of residence.
- Shipping rates and polices are subject to change.
- Holy She is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivery by the courier.
EXCHANGES
You can make all the change you want in order to find the perfect fit for you. Please send us an email to info@holyshe.es in order to arrange the exchange for another size, color or model.
- Items must be exchanged within 30 days of delivery
- The item is returned in the original packaging, unworn in the original condition
- The item was not purchased on sale
- Exchange shipping cost are covered by the customer
RETURNS
Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty and must be returned within 7 days (see refund payments for defaults).
We are here to help you with your return so please send an email to info@holyshe.es and we will come back to you as soon as possible.
REFUND PAYMENTS FOR DEFAULTS
Whilst we take pride in our high quality production process, sometimes things can go wrong during manufacturing. Should this be the case, Holy She is happy to offer a FULL refund on the item. Follow the steps below:
- Please send us an email with a picture of the error within 7 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement, store credit or refund asap.
- When we receive the product we pay the value of the product within 10 working days. Refunds will only be issued if the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 10 business days of Holy She receiving the return parcel in perfect condition and internal labels must be intact. Notification will be automatically sent to nominated email address at the time of this transaction. The shipping costs are refunded only when Holy She is responsible for the return of the order. (Wrong product, product is in bad condition, etc.) PLEASE NOTE: Holy She cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.
