Undiscovered Travel Destinations
Most people choose a travel destination to a country they know but lets get adventures next time and book your holiday to one of these undiscovered travel destinations.
1. PALAU
Palau is an archipelago of about 300 islands of which only 9 are inhabited. The total population is about 25,000 people. The island group is located about 600 miles east of the Philippines. There is one major town on the island and a presidential office that appears to been somewhere random in the country’s rainforest.
2. COMOROS
is a small island paradise off the coast of east Africa. For such a small country (719 sq. miles) you might be surprised by the cultural diversity here; turn a corner and you might bump in to someone speaking Arabic, French or Comorian.
3. BHUTAN
Bhutan is sandwiched between Tibet and China and open for tourists since 1974. Make sure you pack a sturdy pair of walking boots. Most of the country is only accessible by foot.
4. TAJIKISTAN
If you are a fanatic rock climber or snow boarder Tajikistan is the perfect country for you. Very few tourist have been to the Central Asia's smallest nation.
5. TRISTAN DE CUNHA
This is probably the world's most remote inhabited island and possibly the world's most secret country located in the South Atlantic Ocean.
6. KIRIBATI
Is an archipelago of island in the Pacific Ocean. It is the only country in the world to be in all 4 hemisphere (North, South, East, West) and has a population just over 100.000.
7. NAURU
Nauru is a very interesting country. Under colonial Germany and later Australia it was named Pleasant Island, but modern conditions on the island have been described as anything but pleasant. It has been literally mined out all and have left it environmentally destroyed.
