A fabulously fun way to get fit, toned and flexible thats called VOGA. The photoshoot with Juliet from House of Voga was magical in the outstanding apartment building from architect Ricardo Bofill called Walden 7.
When you hear the word VOGA you must think what is that?? Well VOGA unites a highly stylized and expressive yoga with the slick alignment and posing of vogue-inspired dance. It bridges the gap between YOGA and DANCE, combining the breath synchronised moves of yoga with the expressive moves of the dance class; focusing on strengthening the core with a channeling of chi.
